Get Ready for WRAD! Coming

By now you may be wondering, "What is WRAD?" Good question. World Read Aloud Day (WRAD) is a day was created by LitWorld and is sponsored by Scholastic. It is an invitation for students all over the world to joyfully engage in the power of story and create lifelong readers. Authors from all over the world will offer free Skype sessions with students, reading aloud from their latest books. This year, I am excited to announce that Challenger has four authors who have agreed to Skype with us! Jarrett Learner, Miranda Paul, Robin Newman and Saddia Faruqi! I cannot wait to connect students with authors in such a powerful way!
